10 servings · 20 min prep · 5 min cook

  1. pre heat oven to 375
    • 1 Baguette
    • 1 jar Fig Jam
    • handful Crumbled Walnuts
    • Hot Honey for Drizzling
    • Red Pepper Flakes for Sprinkling
    • Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
    • 1 Goat Cheese log (6oz)

Steps in full

  1. Pre heat oven to 375.
  2. Cut the Baguette into 1/2 " slices and place them on a cookie sheet.
  3. Take a butter knife and scoop and spread a heaping of goat cheese onto the baguette slice.
  4. Then take some fig jam and place on top of the goat cheese area. It will help if you create a dent in the goat cheese to hold the fig jam so it does not run off the sides.
  5. Sprinkle with walnuts. Crumble between fingers. (They do not need to be crushed or uniform).
  6. Place in oven for 5 minutes.
  7. Drizzle the hot honey and garnish with thyme and red pepper flakes with desired amount.
