Delete your account or get a copy of your recipes

Both are done by email for now. Here's how to ask.

There’s no button for either of these in Settings yet. We do them by hand, usually within a few days.

Get a copy of your recipes

Email contact@platefolio.app from the address you sign in with, and ask for a copy of your recipes. You can also use the contact form.

Delete your account

Email contact@platefolio.app from the address you sign in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. This removes your account and your recipes, and it can’t be undone. If you might want your recipes later, ask for a copy first.

If you’re in a shared household, leave it before asking, so the others keep the household’s recipes. See Leave a household or remove someone.
