Review of public recipes

Why a newly public recipe works by link right away but takes a little while to show up in browsing and search.

Every public recipe is checked by a person before it’s listed anywhere. This keeps the public Recipes page free of spam and anything that breaks the acceptable use policy.

Review doesn’t hold up sharing:

• Right away: the link works as soon as you make something public. Anyone you send it to can open it.
• After review: it can appear on the Recipes page, under “More recipes on Platefolio” on other shared pages, and in search engines.

You don’t need to do anything, and there’s no need to make it public again. Editing a public recipe may send it back for another look.
