Signing in

Sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email. There's no password to set or forget.

Platefolio has no passwords. You sign in one of two ways, and the first time you do, your account is created.

With Google

Choose Sign in with Google and pick your Google account. You’re back in Platefolio a moment later.

With your email

1. Choose Sign in with Email.
2. Type your email address and choose Email me a sign-in link.
3. Open the email from Platefolio and select the link in it.

The link signs you in on the device where you open it, so open it on the phone or computer you want to use.

When the email doesn’t arrive

• Wait a few minutes, then check your spam or junk folder.
• Check the address. A typo sends the link somewhere else. Go back and try again.
• Use the newest link. Each link works once and expires after an hour. If you asked for more than one, only the latest will work.
• Try Google instead, if your email address is a Gmail or Google Workspace account.

Signing in on another device

Sign in the same way on each device. Your recipes, settings and cook mode progress follow your account, so they’re the same everywhere.
